Your confidential FitScan for just £75
Make your appointment at our mobile clinic at Aloft Aberdeen TECA, located 15 minutes from Aberdeen Airport. You will have time to change in private in the assessment room before your scan. For women, wear form fitting t-shirt or sports bra, and leggings. For men, wear form fitting t-shirt or vest, and shorts (loose clothing will not reflect accurate readings). Tie up long hair away from your neck. The 3D scan shows you what areas you may want to improve on and you will have the opportunity to discuss this with the Wellness Coach at the time of the appointment.
If no dates are highlighted for booking in the calendar below then all days are fully booked. Please email info@healthoutfit.co.uk to be added to the waiting list.

Payment by credit/debit card at the time of your appointment.
For a custom made exercise and nutrition programme you can add on the following:
