So you can workout whenever it suits you! Here are THE LATEST recorded classes – we update every quarter so even though the workout name might be the same, it’s a new recording!
- For all classes ensure you are injury-free and able to participate in exercise
- You know your body best so please be sure to exercise within your own ability and seek advice on any medical conditions or injuries that may interfere with your exercise
- Have a suitable and safe workout space free from hazards
- Have water to hand so you can hydrate throughout
